Graphic Designer

As the Senior Graphic Designer, you’re confident in designing for both print and digital mediums, have a flair for turning project briefs into innovative ideas, a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset for seeing the big picture. You are comfortable collaborating with fellow creative and account team members but can also take the reins on multi-channel marketing campaigns and everyday one-off tasks. Given the nature of our busy agency and our diverse client roster, you’ll get to work on 3-4 exciting projects a day.  This position will allow you to touch all design aspects, from concept to file release.


  • 5+ years of graphic design experience at a small to medium marketing/creative agency

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)

  • Ability to create concepts, artwork and layouts for a variety of platforms.

  • Team player. No hierarchy here!

  • Production skills

  • Packaging skills

  • Very organized 

  • Detail-oriented

  • Not afraid to ask questions.

  • Resourceful 

  • Eager to learn.

  • Experience in animation, videography, photography and Google design is considered an asset.



  • Lead print and digital design projects and campaigns

  • Ensure all creative work adheres to client brand standards and brand identity guidelines.

  • Create and update various print and digital marketing collateral.

  • Create emails and social media posts.

  • Collaborate with creative and account teams to develop impactful, strategic concepts.

  • Participate in internal planning and ideation sessions.
