Senior Graphic Designer

KCG is expanding fast and looking to add a passionate, driven individual to join our tight-knit team. That’s where you come in. We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer who brings knowledge, experience and aspiration to work with them every day.


As the Senior Graphic Designer, you’re confident in designing for both print and digital mediums. You have a flair for turning project briefs into innovative ideas, a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset for seeing the big picture. You are comfortable collaborating with fellow members of the creative and account team but can also take the reins on multi-channel marketing campaigns and everyday one-off tasks. Given the overall structure of our agency, you will be involved in all aspects of the campaign and have the opportunity to share your voice.



  • 5+ years of graphic design experience at a marketing/creative agency

  • Portfolio of work reflecting skills in digital and print creative

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in graphic design

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)

  • Ability to create the concepts, artwork and layout for a variety of platforms

  • Print production experience (publishing, packaging, file setup, & specifications)

  • Perfectionist with a zealous attention to detail

  • Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently

  • Zen-like time management and project organization skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience in animation, videography, photography and Google design is considered an asset

  • Fluent in English (French is an asset)



  • Lead print and digital design projects and campaigns

  • Ensure all creative work adheres to client brand standards and brand identity guidelines

  • Create and update various print and digital marketing collateral

  • Create emails and social media posts

  • Create and prepare proposals, presentations and other materials

  • Collaborate with creative and account teams to develop impactful, strategic concepts

  • Participate in internal planning and ideation sessions

  • Contribute to the continuing growth and development of the creative department
